AWHT - July Blog Hop | 2018 DSP

Tonight the Art with Heart team are sharing creative projects featuring designer series paper. This month, Stampin’ Up! have a special on designer series paper, buy 3, get 1 free! We hope our blog hop inspires you to get crafting with your designer series paper.

I am showcasing a very special DSP called Broadway Bound.  I love the bright and modern party design, and the gold foil accents on each paper. If you want to impress your birthday girl/boy with a bubbly and uplifting feel this is it!

And of course, it's very easy to make haha.

I use Celebrate You Thinlet to cut out the Celebrate on Lemon Lime Twist card stock twice and glue them. Then I use the same die to cut out the same word on a piece of gold foil paper.  Then I stacked the two up but slightly off set it to create more dimension.

Materials used:

The DSP and Lemon Lime Twist cardstock (because I don't have Granny Apple Green cardstock)
1/2" Textured Weave Ribbons in Granny Apple Green colour
Celebrate You Thinlets
Layering circle Framelits,

It is a very modern DSP, but also versatile.   I hope you enjoy looking at my card and it brings you happy feeling.

Now it’s time to hop on over to our next participant, the very talented, Rachel Woollard!
